Health and Safety Policy for Barnet Removals

Management Responsibilities

The management of Barnet Removals has overall responsibility for implementing this policy and ensuring that effective arrangements are in place. Managers will:

All equipment will be inspected regularly, and any damaged or unsuitable items will be removed from service immediately.

Customer and Public Safety

Training, Communication and Consultation

Health and safety training is provided as part of induction for new staff and updated regularly. Training may include manual handling, safe driving, use of lifting equipment, hazard awareness and emergency procedures.

We encourage open communication on safety matters. Employees are invited to raise concerns, suggest improvements and participate in discussions about safe working practices. No one will be penalised for reporting genuine safety issues.
